Think happy. Practice gratitude.
Sometimes it’s hard to feel positive. If you have ever dealt with the darkness of anxiety and/or depression it can be even more challenging. And if you have personally struggled with this I just want you to know it’s okay and I have too. To think happy and be grateful means putting in the work and investing in yourself. For me personally it has meant choosing my thoughts and how I spend my time and energy as well as who I spend it with, focusing on solutions instead of getting stuck on the weight of problems and practicing gratitude as well as allowing perspectives to influence my actions. The best thing I feel I’ve taken away from practicing this is that even if a moment or day feels like an utter loss tomorrow doesn’t have to be the same. It’s okay to feel deeply and let go because everyday is another opportunity to grow. 🌱 💚💛🧡❤️💜💙🤎🖤
